Our GPS loggers record sensitive information such as home addresses, meal breaks, and complete delivery routes. While this data is essential for our operations, it contains personal information about our staff and therefore cannot be legally shared. We are required to disclose only the minimum information necessary to provide proof of delivery.
This practice aligns with industry standards, particularly as some self-employed distributors use their own personal vehicles. Protecting their personal information—such as home locations and activities unrelated to work—is essential. GPS loggers are stopped as soon as distributors return to base, allowing us to process only the data needed for reporting.
